Delete Your Claw Joy Account

This page explains how to request deletion of your Claw Joy account and associated data. Claw Joy is operated by the developer shown on our Google Play store listing.

How to request deletion

• Send an email to privacy@playclawjoy.com from the email address linked to your account.
• Use the subject line: "Delete my Claw Joy account".
• Include your in-game nickname and player ID (found in Settings) so we can locate your account.
• We will verify ownership, then delete your account. Requests are completed within 30 days.

Data that will be deleted

• Account identifiers, nickname, avatar, and login provider data (Google / guest).
• Gameplay records, coin balance, prize collection, and in-app activity.
• Device and push notification identifiers linked to your account.

Data we may retain

• Transaction and purchase records required for legal, tax, or accounting purposes, kept only as long as the law requires.
• Fraud-prevention and security logs, retained for up to 90 days, then deleted.
• Anonymized or aggregated data that can no longer identify you.

Deleting data without deleting your account

If you want to remove specific data but keep your account, contact us at privacy@playclawjoy.com and describe what you would like removed.
